We start with one market for ninety days, against a target we agree first.

You do not have to move your whole budget to find out if we are good. You give us one market. We agree what success looks like in numbers. Then you judge us on it.

Before we spend anything

First we check how your numbers are measured. You get a short report: what we found and what to fix first.

  • Tracking

Does each ad platform get your FTDs?

  • Goals

Does each campaign bid for sign-ups or for deposits?

  • Numbers

Do the platforms, your BI team and your own records agree?

What these checks have found

Under a third

At one client, Google showed under a third of the operator's real FTDs. Google's tag recorded only part of the deposits. We found the gap by checking Google against the operator's own records.

1 in 20

At one client, one Meta campaign brought 87% of Meta sign-ups. Only 1 in 20 of them deposited, against more than 1 in 3 from the other Meta campaigns.

What happens in the ninety days

  1. Start

We agree one market and one target: a cost per player or a number of new players. We write it down before we spend.

  2. Run

We run your campaigns in that market, with bids and budgets set against your FTDs and player value.

We change bids, budgets and ads inside your budget. Spending above that budget is your decision.

  3. End

We compare the result with the target. You judge us on that number.

What we need from you

We do not touch your data warehouse. You get a copy of everything we build.

  • Access to your ad accounts in that market
  • A daily file of FTDs from your own records
  • What a player is worth to you, by channel
  • Your marketing calendar for that market
  • One person on your side who signs off

What you see, and how often

We log every change to bids, budgets, targets and ads, with the reason. When a number moves, we check that log and each platform's change history first.

  • Every day

Your numbers, on the same screens we work from.

  • Every week

A review and a call. Spend, FTDs and CPA by channel against the target, and every change we made and why.

  • Every month

    A review for each market.

After the ninety days

You choose one of three options.

  1. We keep running the market, and you can add more markets.

  2. Your team takes the market over, and we step back.

  3. You stop.

Questions we are often asked

How much does it cost?

The price is scaled to your ad spend. We tell you the number on the first call.

We already have an agency. Can we still work with you?

Yes. Keep them, and give us one market next to them. Then compare the numbers.

We run acquisition in-house. Is this for us?

Yes. Your team keeps its other markets. We run one, and you compare the results with your own.
